Royalties aren’t percentage based.

All franchises require “Royalty” payments.  This is usually a percentage-based fee that you must pay for the right to use their brand and system.  At 1 Hour DOT, we opted for a small monthly fee of $299 in lieu of a percentage based royalty payment. We don’t charge any other monthly expenses or fees.  The $299 per month royalty payment even includes the cost of your website!  Our flat-fee system allows you to keep more of your earnings each month.

No long-term contracts.

We believe in freedom of choice.  We strive to make all of our Franchisees happy to be a part of 1 Hour DOT.  However, if for any reason you aren’t, there is no contractual obligation to stay.  Our simple month to month Franchise Agreement allows you to leave at any time, for any reason.
